The call that changed it all...

Most programs treat the symptoms. We address the patterns.

The patterns that have quietly run your relationships, your energy, and your sense of self for years. The ones that feel normal because they've always been there — but are costing you everything.

We focus on transformational shifts:

From Entitled Thinking to Personal Accountability. Entitlement isn't always loud or obvious. Sometimes it's subtle — the quiet belief that others should meet your needs without you having to ask, grow, or reciprocate. We help you recognize it, own it, and replace it with thinking that actually builds something.

From Over-Giving to Healthy Exchange. Over-giving feels noble until it hollows you out. It breeds resentment, imbalance, and relationships that can't hold real weight. We help you learn the difference between genuine generosity and giving from a place of fear, guilt, or control.

From Going Numb to Staying Present. Numbness is a protection strategy that stopped serving you. Whether it shows up as disconnection, distraction, or just going through the motions — we help you find your way back to yourself without the overwhelm.

From Fragile Family Dynamics to Strong Family Systems. Real, permanent behavior change doesn't happen in isolation. It happens inside relationships. We help you build the kind of family structure that supports growth — for everyone in it — and makes new patterns stick.

I Was Raised by a Nun

My mother spent some of her elementary years in a Catholic boarding school in Austria. This caused her lifelong attachment issues and later resulted in both parents parting with (3) small children under six years old.

My father was a strict law-enforcement officer after their short, rough marriage ended.

When three little kids were left to him, my great-aunt—a Catholic nun and teacher from The Depression Era—came to help. She loved through toughness. Our home was bitter but safe. A home is where the masks should come OFF though. Are you wearing a mask too often inside your home?

Years later as a Social Worker I spent years in homes observing great leadership from parents with children in end-of-life stages, foster parents and well run group homes.

I am a forever student to how leverage can work WHILE pointing another person UP. Once I observed a company of children's group homes and  asked to be mentored by one of their "house moms". I paid for this valuable help for my children. It made me feel normal and helped my home team. The expertise of Coaches who see behaviors can help your home too.

I've owned social service companies for 10 years now. My best lessons though are from owning a trauma building. I studied the best programs in the valley under the most effective mentors. The industry brought me to a surplus of exceptional behavioral health coaches who understood love and structure.

How can we support your structure? What are simple road maps to practicing healthy love? What moves accidentally hurt each other? Who is carrying too much of the load. Is the family dog the only one you want to see, too often?

Unhealthy:

No rules =chaos

Too many rules = behaviors/ shut-down/depressions/anxieties & dissatisfaction.

The outcome of your home:

1. Structure- YOUR few clear rules in writing

2. Growth- A clear future vision. Usually earned freedom is the best reward.

3. Authenticity- Ability to be yourself at home

Don't be shy. You will not be judged. Let someone else do some of the lifting.  Our family is our legacy. Lets not waste time. We will intervene or teach.  It is your choice. We are here to help.
